We want you to feel good about your Simple Truths purchase. If something’s not right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

If you change your mind
You have 14 days from the day your deck arrives to let us know you’d like to return it. Just email [your email] with your order number and we’ll guide you through the steps.

How to return

• Your deck should be unused and in its original packaging.

• Please post it back to us within 14 days of letting us know.

• Return postage is your responsibility unless the deck is faulty or damaged.

• We recommend using a tracked service to make sure it gets to us safely.

 

Your refund
Once we’ve received your return in good condition, we’ll process your refund within 7 working days back to your original payment method.
We’ll refund the price you paid for the deck, plus the original delivery cost if applicable.

If your deck arrives damaged or faulty
Please email us within 7 days of delivery, including photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund — at no cost to you.
